I'm Raj. As an immigrant living with a rare spinal disorder that led to four major surgeries, I spent much of my life feeling different. I couldn't rely on the things many people use to stand out, so I became fascinated by a different question: Why do some people inspire trust, spark action, and leave a lasting impression? That question led me to UCLA's film school, a career as a filmmaker and screenwriter, and more than two decades as a professor and creative strategist.

My 20+ year journey gave me a secret edge: I learned how stories can move audiences- in a theater or a boardroom. And I realized those same tools could give leaders what they crave most: a way to get seen, heard, and felt.
